(一) 情景導(dǎo)入,初識word

1.同學(xué)們,一上課呢,老師先邀請大家一起來欣賞一些電腦作品。想不想看,好,注意這些作品都有哪些特色。

2.展示用word制作的各種優(yōu)秀的小報素材。

3.學(xué)生觀看課件后,回答問題。(作品中有圖片、文字,有豐富的顏色等。)

4.設(shè)問啟發(fā):同學(xué)們,你們知道這些小報作品是用什么軟件制作出來的嗎?

5.介紹word的基本知識:word在英文中是字、詞的意思。這里指的就是軟件名稱。word是microsoft(微軟公司)的office系列辦公自動化軟件的重要組件之一,運行于windows操作系統(tǒng),是目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的文字處理軟件之一,它具有非常強大的字處理功能。下面我們就一起來認(rèn)識 word。

【設(shè)計意圖】圖文并茂的小報作品更能激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,從而激發(fā)出學(xué)生更強烈的學(xué)習(xí)欲望,為認(rèn)識word的教學(xué)鋪路。同時這是word單元的起始課,一定要花一定的時間,讓學(xué)生充分感受這個學(xué)習(xí)、工作的新伙伴。

(二) 遷移比較,掌握新知

1. word的啟動

(1) 復(fù)習(xí)舊知:同學(xué)們,還記得如何啟動一個應(yīng)用程序嗎?以“寫字板”為例說一說。

(2) 下面老師提出一個新的挑戰(zhàn),想請一位同學(xué)來幫老師啟動word軟件。誰愿意來接受挑戰(zhàn)!請生示范。

(3) 教師提問:是不是還有其他的啟動方法?

(4) 學(xué)生上機嘗試、交流。請個別學(xué)生向全班學(xué)生作示范。

3.輸入文字 保存word文檔

(1) word中輸入文字的方法和寫字板很相似,老師下面布置一項作業(yè):在word中輸入一句介紹自己的話。(時間一分半鐘)

(2) 下面我們要保存剛剛輸入的內(nèi)容,想一想:如果在寫字板中,我們是用什么方法來保存自己的文章的?

(3) 在word中,我們?nèi)钥梢杂猛瑯拥姆椒▉肀4嫖恼?。只要單擊工具欄中的“保存”按鈕,或者選擇“文件”菜單下的“保存”選項就可以了。

(4) 練習(xí):以《姓名+課題號》(師講解規(guī)范要求)為文件名,保存自己的文件到d盤。
