一方面,學生英語聽,說的能力相對較弱,授課采用較深的全英教學,同學們還不能適應。另一方面,三、四班的同學雖然比較活躍,上課氣氛積極,但中差生占較大多數(shù),尖子生相對較少。因此,講得太深,沒有照顧到整體。由此可以看出,了解及分析學生實際情況,實事求是,具體問題具體分析,做到因材施教,對授課效果有直接影響。這就是教育學中提到的“備教法的同時要備學生”。這一理論在我的教學實踐中得到了驗證。 教學中,備課是一個必不可少,十分重要的環(huán)節(jié),備學生,又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好,會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和積極性,記得一位優(yōu)秀的老師曾說過:“備課備不好,倒不如不上課,否則就是白費心機?!蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性,因此,每天我都花費大量的時間在備課之上,認認真真鉆研教材和教法,不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦,但事實證明是值得的。

聽課也是提高自身教學能力的一個好方法,新老師只有多聽課才能夠逐漸積累經驗。所以對每一次聽課的機會我都十分珍惜。聽課的主要對象是我們組的優(yōu)秀老師的課,同時也聽其他老師的課。本學期,我聽了二十多節(jié)課,我的收獲很大,逐步掌握了一些駕馭課堂的技巧。聽完課之后,把教師們上課時講到的記在聽課記錄上,然后對我自己的備課教案進行修改,將他們很多優(yōu)點和長處應用到我的課堂教學當中去,取得了較好的效果。
因為英語的特殊情況,學生在不斷學習中,會出現(xiàn)優(yōu)差分化現(xiàn)象,差生面擴大,會嚴重影響班內的學習風氣。為此,我制定了具體的計劃和目標,對同學進行有計劃的輔導。在三班和四班,我把同學分為三個組。第一組是有能力提高,但平時懶動腦筋不學的同學,對這些同學,我采取集體輔導,給他們分配固定任務,不讓他們有偷懶的機會,讓他們發(fā)揮應有水平;第二組是肯學,但由于能力不強的同學。對這部分同學我采取適當引導,耐心教導,慢慢提高他們的成績方法,當然不能操之過急,并且多鼓勵,只要他們肯努力,成績有望提高;第三組是紀律松散,學習不認真,基礎又不好的同學。對這部分人我進行課余時間個別輔導。因為這部分同學需要一個安靜而又不受干擾的環(huán)境,才會靜下心來學習。我想只要堅持輔導,這些同學基礎重新建立起來,以后授課的效果就會更好。
英語是語言。困此,除了課堂效果之外,還需要讓學生多讀,多講,多練。為此,在早讀時,口語操練時,我充分利用有效時間,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時糾正。課后發(fā)現(xiàn)學生作業(yè)問題也及時解決,及時講清楚,讓學生即時消化。另外,對部分不自覺的同學還采取強硬背誦等方式,提高他們的能力。
精講多練是我采取的另一個鞏固學生所學知識的方法。在課堂上,我少講精講,讓每位同學做好筆記,掌握知識重點難點,然后給予他們更多的時間練習加以鞏固,課后留有適當不同層次的作業(yè)讓不同層次的學生去練習,這樣通過精講,多練,讓學生在聽的過程中掌握知識,在練的過程中鞏固知識。同時,我又讓每位同學準備一個錯題本,在我每次評講習題的過程中,把他們易錯的習題和知識點重點記在錯題本上,以便于平時有重點地去記憶和理解。事實證明,這一方法切實可行,也行之有效。
