商業(yè)文書或信函用語(yǔ),表示“已知悉,并表示感謝”,相當(dāng)于中文口語(yǔ)中的“收到,謝謝”。

“noted with thanks”是比較隨意的說法。一般來說,在商務(wù)場(chǎng)合,收到別人的信函或者通知后,出于禮貌應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ奖磉_(dá)已經(jīng)收到對(duì)方來函這件事,而又沒有什么特別需要回信的內(nèi)容,就會(huì)回這句話。

但是這并不是特別禮貌的或者尊敬的說法,只是輕微的表示知道和感謝,最好不要用于回復(fù)上級(jí)、客戶或地位比自己高的人。

同樣的情況下,更為尊敬的說法可以說成:well noted with much appreciation/gratitude。
