我是營業(yè)員xxx，我剛來超市工作不到兩個月，還是在試用期，但是我覺得自己堅持不下來，所以向您申請辭職，望能批準。
進入超市一個多月來，因為是剛接觸營業(yè)員的工作，所以我有很多要去學(xué)的，因此在試用期里，我不僅要進入工作，還要抽出時間去學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)于營業(yè)員的相關(guān)工作，這對于剛來的我來說，真的是很吃力的。雖然是個試用工，但是我在經(jīng)過短暫的培訓(xùn)后，就跟正式工一樣工作了。這樣的話，我多少都會有些力使不上去。我開始工作時，還有很大的興趣去做，可是后面我就覺的聽無聊的了。
我們營業(yè)員的工作就是要負責(zé)為顧客介紹超市里要促銷的商品，尤其是超市新進的貨品，是一定要營業(yè)員把新商品銷售出去，引導(dǎo)顧客去買它，為超市的商品找好買家，才能賺錢。我對于這種要去推銷的工作，是真的很不在行，但是如果這個不做，我也不知道自己在超市里能做什么。雖說我也要負責(zé)商品的退換，但是這種也不常見，所以我在超市里面，基本上是煩躁的。我看著其他的營業(yè)員熟練的介紹產(chǎn)品，把產(chǎn)品賣出去，可是到我就很難，我知道是自己不懂得營業(yè)技巧，但是在這試用期內(nèi)，我也很難去學(xué)好，而且我還是個不怎么會說話的，溝通能力不是很好。但是我在超市的'工作又是跟其他的營業(yè)員是一樣的，偷懶的話工資就更加低了。后來我越想我越覺得自己不適合這工作，感覺自己沒有可用的地方。
因此，我這幾天下班之后，有好好的思考一番，最后我決定向您辭職。因為我在這工作中，沒有感受到自己的用處，來到超市一個多月，我竟然還沒有賣出去一件商品，這讓我很沮喪，但是又不能怪誰，畢竟是自己能力不夠，只能認了。我進行工作，也不能幫助到超市，相反還會弄糟糕。整個超市很大，我每天都沒有事情可做，頂多就是監(jiān)督一下超市的秩序，可這又不是我的本職的工作，自然也是無趣的。我想領(lǐng)導(dǎo)您肯定是可以理解我的，我個人也是不想讓自己給超市帶去麻煩。我是去工作的，但是在工作上卻沒有成績，我覺得很不好，所以只能遺憾去辭職了，希望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可以找到更好的營業(yè)員來做這工作，望您批準。
