好吧, 又是一個三遍的問題! 所以大家在離職后找工作的時候, 這個問題自己心里一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.
我的回答就是為了職業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃而離職的. 具體原因可參見第一部分"離職原因"的分析.
這里還有一點要提的是, 回答這個問題的時候, 面試官會可能會追問你為什么上一家公司和你的職業(yè)發(fā)展不符合, 而sap公司為什么又會符合的我的職業(yè)規(guī)劃的?
因為我的長久計劃是想成為it咨詢師, 與之前公司的發(fā)展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.
問題三: 為什么要來sap? 為什么不去ibm, hp等等其它做it咨詢的公司?
呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!
呵...當然不能這么說啦. 不過這個問題我還真沒想過, 頓時有點手忙腳亂了. 后面才看出來, 他給我下了個套, 壞人呢!
我就說sap在erp的it咨詢方面是世界的老大, it咨詢非常之成熟. 與我的長遠目標那真是契合的不得了呀, 當然要選sap啦.
所以對我來說, sap就是right bus啦. 只是不曉得, 對sap來說, 我算不算right person了?!
他說這次招得是開發(fā)人員, 是純技術(shù)人員, 好像和我的遠大志向不太合適吧?
我說成為一個conslutant是一個長期的目標, 但并不妨礙我現(xiàn)在繼續(xù)做開發(fā), 而且還是在一個consluting公司做開發(fā), 蠻合適的.
更何況就我現(xiàn)在的資歷, 直接出去做conslutant, 沒有相關(guān)的工作背景, 且沒有任何的domain背景, 估計也沒人會理我的.
所以我是做了長期的打算, 想靜下心來, 從一個開發(fā)人員做起, 逐步了解公司的產(chǎn)品, 進而了解產(chǎn)品所屬的domain, 從而最終邁向咨詢師的道路.
這條路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的時間才能入門吧, 我已經(jīng)做了心理準備.

這是我整個面試以來, 唯一敗下陣來的地方.

于是, 接下來的十幾分鐘時, 他給我上了一課.
具體的內(nèi)容已經(jīng)無法記清了, 只記得他講過, it consluting與sap consluting就是廣與專的區(qū)別.
就像本科生與研究生的區(qū)別.
按他的說法, 本科生更多的是學習技能, 更多的是關(guān)注面的. 所以本科生畢業(yè)出去, 只要是同一個領(lǐng)域的公司, 都可以進.
而研究生則是更專注于某個方向,是點上的. 他們畢業(yè)出去, 可能只有找到與他們研究方向相匹配的'公司, 才能夠得以一施所長.
