i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.
the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
we cannot walk alone.
and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.
we cannot turn back.
there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

“劍出有名，依據(jù)是法律;劍出有路，要有程序和招術(shù);劍出有效，要達(dá)到預(yù)期的社會效果”。亮劍精神是一種智慧的藝術(shù)，我們在經(jīng)檢辦案過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)學(xué)會劍“亮”在何處，劍怎么“亮”，做到斷然出手，一擊必中!我們工商人要把亮劍精神貫穿于不斷的學(xué)習(xí)中，提高自身的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和執(zhí)法藝術(shù)水平。只有精于劍道，才能使自己真正成為執(zhí)法工作中的行家里手;只有精于劍道，才能在構(gòu)建和諧工商的重任下游刃有余。
亮劍就要揚(yáng)劍威。威從何來?工商人的威信應(yīng)當(dāng)來自為民為國依法行政的自豪感;來自公開透明、廉正生威的執(zhí)法理念;來自執(zhí)行法律法規(guī)規(guī)定，遵循辦案程序，嚴(yán)守辦案紀(jì)律的陽光辦案;來自緊要關(guān)頭，危難時刻，勇于負(fù)重，挺身而出。剛直不阿、客觀公正、臨危不懼，面對失誤不推諉、敢于承擔(dān)責(zé)任，只有這樣，工商人才能在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)監(jiān)管中，樹立起行政執(zhí)法監(jiān)管的權(quán)威，才能經(jīng)受得起社會各界的監(jiān)督，才能在構(gòu)建和諧工商的工作中得到人民群眾的熱烈擁護(hù)。

水是生命之源。哪里有水，哪里就有生命。水分約占到人體體重的65%。一個人如果缺水5%，就會出現(xiàn)意識不清，甚至幻視;沒有食物，人最多可以活兩個月，如果沒有水，頂多能活一周左右。水是莊稼的命根子。用手抓一把植物，你會感到濕漉漉的，涼絲絲的，這是水的緣故。水是工業(yè)的血液。制造1噸鋼，大約需用25噸水。制造1噸紙需用450噸水。食品加工離不了水，醬油、醋、啤酒等，干脆就是水的化身。有水走遍天下，無水難成美景。水路運(yùn)輸便宜，運(yùn)輸量大，平穩(wěn)，還是不會被炸斷的運(yùn)輸線。你看，錢塘江大潮、珠穆朗瑪雪峰、黃山的云海、哈爾濱的冰燈，哪一個不是水的換景變形?游泳、跳水、沖浪這些人們最樂意的活動，哪一個離得開水?

一個簡單的道理，社會的杰出人才不都是清華北大畢業(yè)的。
大家熟知的馬云就是杭州師范學(xué)院畢業(yè)的。我自己也是安慶師范學(xué)院畢業(yè)的，而我的同事一般都是安徽師范大學(xué)畢業(yè)的。我在這所學(xué)校教書也挺好，并不比他們差到哪里去。
客觀上說，一個人成功需要多方面因素。從個人自身因素來看，我認(rèn)為自身的非智力因素遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過智力因素。我個人認(rèn)為成功需要三個條件，一是主動，二是堅持，三是規(guī)劃。
我走到現(xiàn)在，與這三點(diǎn)有密不可分的關(guān)系。從這三點(diǎn)來看，沒有哪一點(diǎn)與智力因素有關(guān)，與所上的大學(xué)有任何關(guān)系。
實際上，即使上同一所大學(xué)，經(jīng)過四年學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果也不一樣。大家都知道經(jīng)過高中三年的學(xué)習(xí)，高考的結(jié)果不同。大學(xué)相比較高中，自由度更大，形成的差異相應(yīng)會更大。同樣是上大學(xué)，有的同學(xué)是在網(wǎng)吧呆了四年，有的在讀書館呆了四年，還有的同學(xué)發(fā)傳單發(fā)了四年。有的同學(xué)成了人才，有的同學(xué)成了木材。
現(xiàn)在社會，很多崗位是沒有什么專業(yè)需求的。我老婆原來在行政服務(wù)中心，其主要工作就是審核蓋章。這樣的工作，我感覺一個初中生讀都能夠完成。這時候態(tài)度就很重要了。我個人理解，專業(yè)性強(qiáng)的，大學(xué)比較好的側(cè)重于專業(yè)水平，專業(yè)性不強(qiáng)，大學(xué)不怎么樣的側(cè)重于綜合素質(zhì)。如果從事的是高科技的專業(yè)技術(shù)類的，也許只需要專業(yè)素質(zhì)強(qiáng)就行了，一般的大學(xué)就要注重個人非智力因素的提升。
所以，高考與成功沒有多大關(guān)系，大學(xué)的層次與成功也沒有必然聯(lián)系。高考僅僅是人生的開始，而不是結(jié)束。千萬不能把自己未來的幾十年時間用現(xiàn)在十幾年的時間來決定輸贏。人生的路還很長，能夠改變的還很多。
更重要的是擁有一顆積極上進(jìn)的心，不斷學(xué)習(xí)、完善自我，找到自己的興趣，做自己喜歡的事情，做對別人對社會有用的事情，成功必將屬于你!
