在這一學(xué)期里學(xué)校的各種活動(dòng)伴隨著寒暑的交替井然的進(jìn)行著，管理工程系心理信息部的各項(xiàng)工作也在系團(tuán)委的有力指導(dǎo)和我系同學(xué)的進(jìn)取配合之下順利的開展了。我部的主要職能：提高我系學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)，消除心理隱患，挖掘心理潛能，促進(jìn)我系大學(xué)生健康發(fā)展，本著“為學(xué)生服務(wù)”的宗旨，我們圓滿的完成了本學(xué)期我們部應(yīng)盡的職責(zé)，并且進(jìn)取地配合學(xué)生會(huì)其他部門的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。下頭是過(guò)去一個(gè)學(xué)期心理信息部的工作評(píng)價(jià)：
一、部門建設(shè)及工作方面
為了使團(tuán)組織學(xué)生會(huì)實(shí)力更加強(qiáng)大，心理信息部應(yīng)時(shí)宜，在開學(xué)初，我們心理信息部進(jìn)行了新一界的學(xué)生會(huì)成員換界，經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格的篩選，最終確定了心理信息部新一屆成員。針對(duì)部門工作的需要，為讓部員之間排除隔閡與陌生感，我部不定期的進(jìn)行思想交流或心得交流，克服學(xué)習(xí)與工作的矛盾以及生活中遇到的困難，帶領(lǐng)干事及時(shí)的發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題，評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)去、把握此刻、展望未來(lái)。

三、工作中的不足

感激第09屆新聞部的成員以及各兄弟部門，對(duì)新聞部工作和我的工作的信任和支持。自__年四月份換屆，我上任新聞部部長(zhǎng)一來(lái)，一向承受著工作壓力大和對(duì)新聞部工作操作不熟悉等問(wèn)題，使得上任時(shí)所作出的許多計(jì)劃都落空，比如學(xué)院特約的簡(jiǎn)報(bào)---《綠葉時(shí)報(bào)》。在改版計(jì)劃中，大家都期待院刊能拿出一個(gè)新方案，顯然新聞部沒(méi)有做好這項(xiàng)工作，還有期望新聞質(zhì)量有突破性的提高，以重新匯聚人氣，這些都是我這段任期內(nèi)一向思考的問(wèn)題。換屆后，原先的新聞部成員僅有三個(gè)都留下來(lái)，再加上之后加入的三個(gè)干事，新聞部在人員上是充足的，但由于新聞部里有不少成員在年級(jí)里都是年級(jí)委，或者在班級(jí)里任職，工作時(shí)間常有沖突，工作熱情未能完全激發(fā)。
這份工作評(píng)價(jià)分三個(gè)方面
一是日常工作，主要是新聞報(bào)道方面。從數(shù)量上看，這段時(shí)間新聞部共計(jì)報(bào)道新聞與評(píng)論60余篇，其中有不少受到生科學(xué)生關(guān)注，如創(chuàng)新杯講座專題、四川賑災(zāi)專題等。我們還以新聞評(píng)論為突破口，發(fā)表了數(shù)量相當(dāng)?shù)脑u(píng)論文章。我們一向強(qiáng)調(diào)新聞的質(zhì)量，以體現(xiàn)的專業(yè)素質(zhì)，還有強(qiáng)調(diào)營(yíng)造健康禮貌的輿論氛圍。突出的問(wèn)題是在新聞?lì)愋偷臉?gòu)成上，還是官方新聞?wù)贾鲗?dǎo)，新聞發(fā)現(xiàn)和學(xué)生生活類的新聞比較少。的攝影素質(zhì)和新聞策劃本事還有待提高，可惜的是，計(jì)劃中的培訓(xùn)都未能實(shí)施。綜觀新聞部的這個(gè)學(xué)期的工作各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)，新聞報(bào)道比較及時(shí)，取得了必須的成功，在以后的工作中，將會(huì)注意有的放矢，在工作中，也存在很多問(wèn)題:第一，干事的工作進(jìn)取性不高，安排的工作有的時(shí)候會(huì)拖遲;第二，干事的工作本事有限，培養(yǎng)是個(gè)長(zhǎng)期過(guò)程。在新聞部，確實(shí)缺少一些人才，對(duì)新聞部今后的發(fā)展有必須的影響。還須在以后的工作中，繼續(xù)觀察，繼續(xù)培養(yǎng)。其工作資料主要有學(xué)校文化藝術(shù)節(jié)之dv視頻大賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拍照和后期宣傳

二是部門文化建設(shè)。這屆新聞部成員經(jīng)過(guò)近一年的相處，感情都很好，部門內(nèi)部氣氛友好和諧，并且尊重個(gè)人，講究平等自由。我們根據(jù)成員的特點(diǎn)，分配他們擅長(zhǎng)的工作。我們還經(jīng)常與前任部長(zhǎng)交流與聚會(huì)，吸收他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。其次，新聞部一向堅(jiān)持高調(diào)做事、低調(diào)做人的作風(fēng)，還讓新聞部成員多與其他部門成員接觸交流，參與經(jīng)驗(yàn)活動(dòng)，增強(qiáng)部門的凝聚力，促進(jìn)部門成員的感情的融洽和對(duì)組織的認(rèn)同感。三是部門制度完善。我們十分重視部門制度建設(shè)，完善的制度對(duì)未來(lái)的每一屆新聞部都有很好的作用。我們對(duì)新聞部的公約制度、例會(huì)考勤制度、新聞的發(fā)布和審批制度進(jìn)行了完善，并在成員間強(qiáng)調(diào)這些制度的權(quán)威性。在這段時(shí)間的工作上，我們也發(fā)現(xiàn)新聞部的制度很不完善，有很多漏洞，例如我們還沒(méi)有構(gòu)成素質(zhì)的培訓(xùn)制度和新聞資料如圖片的存檔制度，在下學(xué)期招新前，我們將致力于這些制度的完善和修訂。
對(duì)于下學(xué)期的招新，我們的計(jì)劃
有消息和簡(jiǎn)訊，并配有圖片說(shuō)明，第二期也在9月底與大家見面，共收集了生科院的院活動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步充實(shí)了簡(jiǎn)報(bào)的資料。簡(jiǎn)報(bào)發(fā)送至各系團(tuán)委等處進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)交流，成為校內(nèi)外各屆人士了解我院工作、一睹生科院風(fēng)采的窗口。在做好簡(jiǎn)報(bào)修改工作的同時(shí)，新聞部還設(shè)有專門的網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)小組，負(fù)責(zé)消息更新，在改版之后將添加新鮮元素，改變網(wǎng)站風(fēng)格，以全新的面貌同大家見面，更加及時(shí)地報(bào)道中心動(dòng)態(tài)。新聞部博客建設(shè)也是新聞部的重點(diǎn)工作之一，并創(chuàng)立部門成員的專門相冊(cè)，成為內(nèi)外交流的另一個(gè)平臺(tái)。
