2）總結(jié)工廠的生產(chǎn)習(xí)慣，確定正常的交貨期限，如果和工廠關(guān)系不錯(cuò)，可以給工廠提些提高管理方面的意見或建議。找理由不如找原因。
3）選擇供應(yīng)商很重要。不要找那些盛氣凌人的大工廠，找個(gè)中等或者小規(guī)模（有扶持價(jià)值的），質(zhì)量ok，配合度高，管理不松懈的。
讓工廠給出訂單生產(chǎn)開始日期，每天常規(guī)的產(chǎn)量，預(yù)計(jì)結(jié)束日期。有些工廠如果你就是他的主要客戶，那你甚至可以讓他們做個(gè)表格，隔幾天就給你發(fā)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度表，可以更清楚地掌握生產(chǎn)情況。

在工廠困難的時(shí)候，比如淡季時(shí)，有些訂單寧愿自己利潤(rùn)低一些也要堅(jiān)決接下來(lái)，只是少賺一點(diǎn)，但卻有可能幫工廠度過難關(guān)，甚至救工廠一命。這樣在旺季的時(shí)候，工廠也會(huì)盡最大努力幫你。反之工廠忙的時(shí)候不會(huì)理你。
6）不要完全相信工廠的話，有時(shí)候工廠會(huì)迫于壓力告訴你貨已經(jīng)做了。如果距離近的話可以經(jīng)常到工廠去看看他們的生產(chǎn)情況和進(jìn)度。如果遠(yuǎn)的話，可以讓工廠讓他們拍幾張照片來(lái)看看，不要說你要看，而是客戶要看。
7）有些對(duì)交貨期要求比較高的訂單，告訴工廠客戶做的是信用證訂單，交期延誤范圍不能超過5天，否則延誤船期，出貨會(huì)有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。平時(shí)不要“板凳功力”太深，經(jīng)常跑跑工廠和車間，驗(yàn)驗(yàn)貨。
