教后記：這篇課文，我們采用了“同文異構(gòu)”的形式，由不同的老師來(lái)上這同一篇課文，以求在思想上產(chǎn)生火花，細(xì)細(xì)打磨這篇課文。在聽(tīng)了兩位老師上這課以后，我覺(jué)得上這課的一個(gè)很大的誤區(qū)就是沒(méi)有搞清楚這篇文章究竟是寫人還是寫事，課文容易上成對(duì)“我”的解析，而不是林老師的解析，我認(rèn)為這是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的所在。應(yīng)該說(shuō)，從整篇文章來(lái)看，林老師應(yīng)該是這篇文章的主要人物，我之所以記得這件事，也是因?yàn)榱掷蠋熯@個(gè)人而不是其他的，而作者的寫作目的其實(shí)也應(yīng)該解讀為懷念林老師，而不是單單就是這件考試的事。
于是，我用了自己這篇教案來(lái)上，果然，人物的形象非常清晰，應(yīng)該說(shuō)主要的教學(xué)目標(biāo)達(dá)到了，但是在具體操作上仍然問(wèn)題重重。學(xué)生很難從第一個(gè)場(chǎng)景中對(duì)林老師的模糊的描寫中體味出林老師是一個(gè)真實(shí)而有人情味的老師。但假使放過(guò)這點(diǎn)，人物的形象的顯現(xiàn)就不是逐漸的，而會(huì)產(chǎn)生突兀感。林老師的形象其實(shí)實(shí)在最后一個(gè)場(chǎng)景才清晰起來(lái)的，所以上課時(shí)林老師在場(chǎng)景一中的特點(diǎn)是教師說(shuō)的，而不是學(xué)生說(shuō)的，這是一個(gè)問(wèn)題。
