教后記：這篇課文，我們采用了“同文異構(gòu)”的形式，由不同的老師來上這同一篇課文，以求在思想上產(chǎn)生火花，細細打磨這篇課文。在聽了兩位老師上這課以后，我覺得上這課的一個很大的誤區(qū)就是沒有搞清楚這篇文章究竟是寫人還是寫事，課文容易上成對“我”的解析，而不是林老師的解析，我認為這是一個關鍵的所在。應該說，從整篇文章來看，林老師應該是這篇文章的主要人物，我之所以記得這件事，也是因為林老師這個人而不是其他的，而作者的寫作目的其實也應該解讀為懷念林老師，而不是單單就是這件考試的事。
于是，我用了自己這篇教案來上，果然，人物的形象非常清晰，應該說主要的教學目標達到了，但是在具體操作上仍然問題重重。學生很難從第一個場景中對林老師的模糊的描寫中體味出林老師是一個真實而有人情味的老師。但假使放過這點，人物的形象的顯現(xiàn)就不是逐漸的，而會產(chǎn)生突兀感。林老師的形象其實實在最后一個場景才清晰起來的，所以上課時林老師在場景一中的特點是教師說的，而不是學生說的，這是一個問題。
