干部三科主要工作職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)全縣人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的宏觀指導(dǎo)、組織協(xié)調(diào)和督促檢查工作。
2、對(duì)全縣貫徹人才工作政策的情況及人才隊(duì)伍的基本狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,提出意見(jiàn)和建議。
3、負(fù)責(zé)制定或參與制定全縣人才工作的規(guī)劃、規(guī)定。
4、負(fù)責(zé)縣級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)拔尖人才選拔、管理工作,指導(dǎo)有關(guān)部門做好學(xué)科技術(shù)帶頭人、優(yōu)秀農(nóng)村實(shí)用人才選拔管理工作。
5、會(huì)同有關(guān)部門做好省、市級(jí)優(yōu)秀專業(yè)技術(shù)人才人選推薦工作。
6、負(fù)責(zé)全縣人才信息庫(kù)管理工作。
7、負(fù)責(zé)縣委人才辦日常工作及縣委人才工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組交辦的其他工作。
