我自己是在大學(xué)期間完成這個進(jìn)階的，從3500-8000大概用了一個學(xué)期的時間。當(dāng)時下載了很多背單詞的資料，也有去上新東方明星老師的詞匯課，包括托福課中也有詞匯的部分。不同老師有不同風(fēng)格，給的建議也各不相同，當(dāng)時并不清楚哪種方法更適合自己，各種方法都嘗試過，那么發(fā)現(xiàn)就是詞綴法也好聯(lián)想法也好，如果沒有一定量的基礎(chǔ)都是很難實(shí)踐的，所以最后決定還是要海量死啃。

用的資料是《李笑來21天托福詞匯》，這本書就是亂序排列的， 分成21個章節(jié)，那我買來以后本來是幾頁幾頁的背，發(fā)現(xiàn)太慢了，這樣一年也背不完，這本書后來被我‘大卸八塊’，每個章節(jié)撕開成一個小冊子，標(biāo)了號，排序以后每天看2-3本，最瘋狂的時候一天除了吃飯和上課啥也不干，就是看單詞，注意是看，不是背。就是看單詞，讀它，看意思，下一個單詞，看它，讀它，看意思，下一個...一天看四五個章節(jié)大概一千多詞。

這樣堅(jiān)持了大概一個月以后，就能明顯感受到‘靈魂的升華’了，閱讀、看電影電視劇明顯感覺到‘我背過這個詞！’，注意，是我背過這個詞，而不是‘我知道它啥意思’，即使是能做到這一點(diǎn)，其實(shí)就是很大的進(jìn)步了，那么這個時候結(jié)合語境再去鞏固一下它的意思，兩三次之后這個詞就真正認(rèn)識了。

這個階段推薦使用托福詞匯，原因托福詞匯的范圍是非常合理的設(shè)置在出國留學(xué)和生活所需求的最常用、必須的范圍。建議留學(xué)的寶寶一定要過這個坎，不然你的留學(xué)生活會很辛苦！

這個階段背單詞，市面上流傳的很多方法其實(shí)是不管用的，那些都是后面進(jìn)階的方法。這個階段會用到的就是以下幾個點(diǎn)：

1.艾賓浩斯記憶曲線。大量，多次重復(fù)。

例如，8000單詞如果在100天內(nèi)進(jìn)階（全部背完），假設(shè)20天為一個循環(huán)（每20天復(fù)習(xí)所有單詞一遍），100天時全部單詞循環(huán)五遍。那么就可以把8000單詞分為20個組，每組400個，每天新學(xué)一組，復(fù)習(xí)1-3組。

讀到這里有人可能要喊了：每天400個新詞要看多久！加上復(fù)習(xí)一天一千多怎么可能?。。?/p>

那你要注意了，這八千個詞里面，你已經(jīng)掌握了至少三千了，就是說，400詞里有接近一半是你已經(jīng)認(rèn)識、熟悉的詞，所以實(shí)際上一組是200左右。且復(fù)習(xí)的過程中你會記住越來越多的單詞，每一組真正需要記憶的詞會越來越少，等到進(jìn)行第20組的時候，可能前面有些組你只需要花費(fèi)5-10分鐘就能復(fù)習(xí)完一組。

如果還是覺得壓力巨大，那么你可以調(diào)整目標(biāo)時間，或是分區(qū)時間。

例如上述的分區(qū)是以100天為目標(biāo)，20天為一個循環(huán)，如果覺得有困難可以增加到30天，每組270個。30天完成第一次循環(huán)，60天完成第二次，100天完成第三次?；蛘哒{(diào)整整體的目標(biāo)為150天，200天，再重新分組做計(jì)劃。

聽：看電影、電視劇的時候注意是不是有聽到正在背記的詞，也可以借助原文字幕。背單詞時可以借助詞典收聽發(fā)音，跟讀?，F(xiàn)在也有很多錄制的單詞表，包括單詞書也會附帶音頻，要善于利用，做其他事情的時候可以作為背景音來聽，睡覺的時候也可以播放。

說：大聲重復(fù)朗讀單詞，讓你的聲帶‘記住’這個單詞。我們的身體和肌肉都是有記憶功能的，經(jīng)過練習(xí)你會發(fā)現(xiàn)有些詞你會讀，但是不記得什么意思，這就是身體先于大腦記憶的實(shí)證，而你其實(shí)是有記憶的，只是‘想不起來’

觸：同樣是利用身體觸感的記憶，當(dāng)你背記單詞的時候可以根據(jù)詞義去做一些動作，觸碰相關(guān)的物品，書寫這個單詞，用圖形、圖畫去‘翻譯’記錄這個單詞的含義。

聞，嘗：當(dāng)你聞到橘子香味時會想到橘子，那么反推當(dāng)你記憶orange（橘子）這個單詞的時候可以去聯(lián)想，它是什么味道的，邊背邊吃一個橘子。
