入學(xué)申請(qǐng)的英文篇一
第一條：為加強(qiáng)擇校生的教育管理，提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量，根據(jù)有關(guān)法律法規(guī)和學(xué)校實(shí)際，制定本辦法。
第二條：本辦法所稱擇校生，是指戶籍不在本學(xué)區(qū)、學(xué)生本人及家長(zhǎng)迫切要求到我校讀書(shū)、經(jīng)學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)在我校就讀的學(xué)生。
第三條：《中學(xué)生守則》、《中學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范》是擇校生在校學(xué)習(xí)、生活必須遵守的基本準(zhǔn)則。
第四條：學(xué)校將擇校生納入學(xué)校統(tǒng)一管理，擇校生要按在校生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己，文明守紀(jì)，勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，努力成才。
第五條：學(xué)校要求擇校生尊敬老師，團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué)。熱愛(ài)集體，遵紀(jì)守法。
第六條：學(xué)校對(duì)有下列情形之一的擇校生，取消在我校學(xué)習(xí)的資格。
1、不尊敬老師，不服從學(xué)校和教師管理的，經(jīng)教育，無(wú)顯著改變的；
2、早晚自習(xí)，“兩操”，上課遲到、缺課較多，且認(rèn)識(shí)態(tài)度較差，無(wú)顯著改變的；
3、在校不努力學(xué)習(xí)，各科考試成績(jī)?cè)赾等級(jí)以下；
4、在集體活動(dòng)或公共場(chǎng)所，有極不文明的言行，造成極壞影響的；
5、吸煙或喝酒，被學(xué)校、老師、同學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)，經(jīng)教育，無(wú)顯著改變的；
6、故意損壞公物、打架斗毆、偷竊扒拿、敲詐勒索，尋釁滋事、在校外起哄鬧事，教唆他人打架鬧事等行為，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重，有過(guò)任何一次的；
7、與其他學(xué)校學(xué)生和校外小青年來(lái)往密切，嚴(yán)重影響我校教育教學(xué)秩序的；
8、夜不歸宿、無(wú)所事事，沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)等不良行為的，經(jīng)教育，無(wú)顯著改變的；
第七條：擇校生聯(lián)系人應(yīng)協(xié)助年級(jí)主任、班主任對(duì)所介紹者進(jìn)行思想品德教育，如果擇校生參與惡性打架斗毆事件，除對(duì)擇校生進(jìn)行違紀(jì)處分外，聯(lián)系人應(yīng)承擔(dān)一定的責(zé)任，不得推卸責(zé)任；
第八條：此條例由學(xué)校教務(wù)處負(fù)責(zé)解釋，從2011年8月起執(zhí)行。
第九條：擇校生試用期為一學(xué)期。
擇校生、擇校生家長(zhǎng)、擇校生聯(lián)系人三方承諾遵守以上條款，并簽字。
